Personal Massager

There are probably  many benefits from owning a personal massager. Regardless of your level of physical activity in life or your job or your marital status, there are a wide range of benefits that you can get from a personal massager. A personal massager delivers the right amount of vibration or pressure to the troubled area in your body. Commonly, people usually use these machines to keep their muscles in the neck and the back part  relaxed. Any body whether inactive or very active can truly benefit  a lot from his/hers  personal body massager.

Below are a few big reasons why should consider owning and regularly using your personal massagers in your home.

First of all, it makes exercise more effective. If you work out on a regular basis then there’s more reasons why you should get yourself a regular massage. Fitness is not only about endurance and physical strength. Your muscles become more loose and flexible ad they get worked on by your personal massager This results to greater range of motion which allows you to do all exercises more effectively.

Second, a regular massage reduces pains and headaches naturally. Everyday, we do a wide range of activities and even the simplest activity can cause pain to creep up. Sitting for long hours in front of your computer can cause strain on your neck and shoulders. A quick massage even  using  personal massager can help fight these pain and strains naturally. And unlike pain relievers which simply treat symptoms of the problem, a personal body massager works through your muscles and takes away the pain by keeping the body relaxed.

Third, it reduces stress. People are very oblivious at how stress can affect their lives. When there’s too much stress, you become less productive at what you do and you have more difficulty concentrating. Stress also releases cortisol, a hormone which increase the overall level of body fat.

So why carry the burden of living a life full of anxiety? Get your own personsal massager now and plunge into a world of ultimate relaxation

Are you struggling with a sluggish metabolism and low energy?

Your adrenal health could be to blame!

How do the adrenal glands impact overall health?

Although you may not realize it, these tiny glands located above
the kidneys produce a number of different hormones that are
key
components for your health
and vitality, and even your energy
and stamina.

The first step towards attaining success in any fitness, sports or
weight loss program is maintaining adrenal health.

When an imbalance occurs in the adrenal glands, functioning of
every tissue, organ and gland in the body may be disrupted, leading
to effects like
weight gain, fatigue, loss of stamina, and poor physical
and mental performance.

Often, the body's first response to stress is the release of the hormone
cortisol. By regulating this hormone and
promoting balance and
functioning
of the adrenal glands, your body is able to cope with
daily stressors
that can compromise health and affect overall well-being.

Once balanced, you will be able to
see results from your fitness,
sports or weight loss efforts
as well as enjoy better overall health.

Here's an excellent product that can help you do just that...The Personal Massager!

It is most likely that one missing link in your treatment program that has prevented total and lasting relief from pain.

President Kennedy's Doctor Unveils the Hidden
Cause of Almost All Pain

If you experience painful knots in your neck, shoulder and arm areas, your mid and lower back, even your hips and legs, you are not alone. 86 million Americans suffer from various types of chronic pain.

Dr. Janet Travell treated President John F. Kennedy's chronic back pain. Dr. Travell and her colleague, Dr. David Simons wrote "The Trigger Point Manual."

Their research shows that tiny contraction knots in our muscles and tissues, known as trigger points, are the primary cause of pain 75% of the time and a factor in almost every painful condition.

Trigger Points develop when an area of the body is injured or over-worked.

For instance, a single event can initiate a trigger point, such as a car accident or a sports or work-related accident.

Trigger points can also develop over time through muscle strain from repetitive movements at work or play, postural strain from standing or sitting improperly for long periods at the computer or in your car, emotional stress, anxiety, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, and toxins in the environment.

The Trouble
Trigger Points Cause

Trigger points cause muscles and tissues to tighten and shorten. These hyper-irritated hardened masses cause so much pain and tenderness that you alter the way you move, sit or stand to instinctively protect yourself. By limiting the use of the painful muscle, the muscle begins to weaken.

Your altered patterns of movement put abnormal stress on your muscles, ligaments and joints. This leads to strength and flexibility imbalances in your muscles as well as postural dysfunctions throughout your body.

This "use-abuse-disuse" scenario creates more trigger points in other areas and a vicious cycle begins. Before you know it, you’ve developed clusters of active and latent trigger points. You’ve also given up doing the things you love to do because it simply hurts too much.

Why Hasn't My Doctor
Explained This to Me?

Even though trigger points have been written about in medical journals for over 60 years, their treatment is sometimes associated with acupressure (an ancient Chinese medical process some doctors consider it a type of "quack" medicine).

Yet, trigger points have actually been photographed in muscle tissue with the aid of electron microscopes. (Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction: The Trigger Point Manual, Travell & Simons, 1999).

Many doctors are still not aware of this.

To complicate matters further, a hallmark of trigger points is something called "referred pain."

This means that trigger points typically send their pain to some other place in the body. This explains why so many conventional treatments fail.

Many health care professionals assume the problem is where the pain is. They never address the root cause of the problem - the actual trigger point that needs to be deactivated.

So, you could be feeling pain in your buttocks, hip or even down your leg but the actual trigger point needing to be released is located in your lower back.

Mid-Back, Shoulder, Neck and Headache Trigger Points

Pain you feel down your arm or in your mid-back or even your neck starts with a trigger point in the muscles and tendons of your shoulder.

How Do I Know
I Have Trigger Points?

Everyone has trigger points; the question is to what degree. If you have lingering pain, tightness, or restriction of certain movements, you’re experiencing the effects of a trigger point.

Trigger points can be the root cause of any of these symptoms:

  •   sinusitis
  •   heartburn
  •   neck and jaw pain
  •   heart arrhythmia
