Insert power plug into the outlet.
Select massage speed.
Set the speed switch to off when you want to stop.
Don’t massage any muscle group longer than 20 minutes at a time. Using the massager longer could over.
stimulate your muscles and nerves, leading to negative effects.
Please remove the power plug from the outlet finished.

Usage

Move the massager in circular movements slowly in the desired area .You can adjust the intensity by applying pressure to the handle at the front of the massager. For the deepest effect, apply the massager directly on the skin. Many people prefer to use the massager though their clothes.

Warning

Please read the entire user manual very carefully before using the massager. Should you have any of the following health issues, please seek advice from your doctor before using:

Heart disease or heart problems or have a pacemaker fitted
Osteoperosis
Are pregnant
Have a malignant tumor
Have a physical disability
Are receiving any medical treatment

If aches arise during use please advise your doctor immediately.

Do not let children use unsupervised.

Pregnant women and those with skin diseases or tumors are prohibited from using the massager.

Do not use the massager at places where water and maximum temperature are exposed.

Please use the massager under the specified voltage only.

Do not use damaged plugs or loose cords.

Make sure that the appliance is disconnected after use in order to avoid danger of electric shock, short circuit or fire.

With any malfunction of the massager, please disconnect from the power immediately.

Avoid touching the appliance with wet hands.

Do not use massagers directly after eating allow 30 min after meals as it could cause nausea.

Do not use oil on original head.

Tie long hair back when using The Brush head to avoid hair becoming tangled in the head or mechanism.
